You talk to an independent local provider. Not a staff member of Treesedition Pest Control. We are a referral service, so the provider is the one who visits your home, gives the quote and does the work.

Each provider is its own business. Styles differ. Prices differ. Schedules differ. That is normal.

What Happens When You Reach Out

You call or send a request. You say what you see. You give your town. You are pointed toward a provider that serves your area.

Then the provider takes over. Expect questions. Where did you see it? How often? What time of day? Any pets or small kids at home? Clear answers help the provider plan the right visit.

Request a callback to check provider availability. Many providers can respond quickly, but timing varies.

What to Ask a Provider

Keep this list handy:

• Do you handle this pest or animal often?
• Are you licensed and insured for work in Massachusetts?
• What does the visit include? Is a follow-up part of the plan?
• Will you find and fix the entry points, or only treat the symptoms?
• Which products or traps will you use? Are they safe around pets and children?
• How long will the visit take? What should I move or cover?
• Can you give me a written quote?
